My art director is two three four five years old.
(You might want to start at the bottom from when she was two)
The Brief: A dinosaur in a X-Ray
The Critique: I just want to see a little mousey in his tummy
Job Status: Approved (after addition of mousey)
Additional Comments: That's what kind of bones dogs like to chew on. Dinosaur leg bones.

Love how this turned out! Amie Suz
Haha! Excellent, she comes up with the best briefs.
love all of this.
I like what you're doing with your site. Do you have a description of your book. I clicked on the cover image to learn more and nothing happened. I curious to see what a tiny art director thinks about. Being a illustrator/graphic designer/ Dad, I'm curious to see if your tiny art director has the same qualities as my two. We started drawing in sketchbooks at age 3 and have progressed to web pages at ages 7 and 9.
Since releasing my www.bestsketchbook.com site the two have a very good understanding what they can do with their doodles. I'm always curious to see how children of other designers develop their tiny art directors.

You, sir, are brilliant.
I believe I may just be forced to purchase...
wonderful concept, and you really know your four year olds, mine has deep affinity for dinosaurs and 'the body' especially the skeleton and organs.
Awesome illo and project! kudos.
Lol! I love this, what an imaginative piece!
First that is a great concept to be offered up by such a young lass...she is a thinker! And great job on the illustration...
My goodness, is she FOUR already? This is a fantastic illo! Great colors and action. I'm thrilled that she approved of this one. :)
This is definitely my favorite one yet.
i love the art and the comments. really, really great work.
I like the 'little mousey in his tummy...' Lol! Random, irrelevant, but funny. Such the thoughts of a little girl...
Doesn't even really draw attention away from the scene! Nice Job.
Hmm, too many fingers.
nathan... yes, well umm... I know that now - and I even looked up reference on the skeleton and still got it wrong. oh well. I'm sure it won't be long before the TAD herself points out that it is, if anything, an allosaurus.
